Shipping & Returns

We do not ship internationally
Addresses must be within the USA. Shipping can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Box or APO/AFO.

Migralex offers all of our direct customers an opportunity to receive a refund* if not completely satisfied. To qualify for a refund, email info@migralex.com for a return authorization number and follow the steps below for processing.

Did you purchase directly from our website?
Return all used and unused bottles/boxes to Migralex with a letter containing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, your complete mailing address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.

If more than one bottle/box was purchased you must return the unused portion of the order in SALEABLE condition (i.e. unopened and undamaged) to qualify for a full refund. In the case of multiple box/bottle orders, guarantee is void if second bottle/box is opened. Continued use of product after first bottle/box is opened constitutes satisfaction of product and consumer waives their right to a refund.

Did you purchase from a retailer or other website?

Migralex cannot guarantee products not purchased directly on our website therefore, we only accept returns when purchased directly through Migralex.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone requesting a refund from Migralex MUST email info@migralex.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 30 days from date of purchase.

*Refunds DO NOT include reimbursement for shipping and handling or return postage.

**We will NOT provide a refund on purchases that cannot be verified either within our ordering system or by consumer providing confirmation email/receipt of purchase of specific product being returned.

We are not liable for missing, stolen, or returns lost in transit. Please ship appropriately. Refunds will be processed to the original billing credit card within 6-8 weeks from our receipt of the package providing all requirements have been fulfilled as outlined above.
